Liveliness Guardiola has safeguarded Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva over his tweet referencing colleague Benjamin Mendy.

Silva tweeted a photograph on Sunday accepted to be of Mendy as a tyke close by an image of the logo of a Spanish sweet shop organization Conguitos, with the inscription "Think about who?"



The Portuguese later erased the underlying tweet, posting a second tweet which stated: "Can't joke with a companion nowadays... You Guys..."

City didn't remark promptly however Guardiola has protected his player's thought processes, following their Carabao Cup win against Preston.
