According to L’Équipe du Soir, the 29-year-old Chelsea midfielder Hakim Ziyech has reportedly arrived at Paris Saint-Germain's headquarters to sign the final paperwork for his loan move to the French capital after passing his medical.
Before the transfer window closes in a few hours, the Moroccan international was pleading with Chelsea to facilitate his loan move to PSG.
The Moroccan international was named by PSG as Pablo Sarabia's replacement following the Spanish midfielder's departure for Wolves earlier that month, and talks between the two teams continued throughout the day.
Because he didn't get much playing time in West London, Ziyech directly intervened in the negotiations, telling Chelsea management to be more accommodating with their terms.
Since joining the Blues in 2020, the former Ajax player had made just over 100 appearances. However, that season, he had only played ten games in the Premier League and had not scored. Following PSG's attempts to acquire Lyon midfield prospect Rayan Cherki and Malcom, an ex-Bordeaux winger, Ziyech emerged as an option.
