Manchester United are in active negotiations for Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar, according to L’Equipe.

The Red Devils are keen to bolster their squad with the 31-year-old.

The Ligue 1 champions prefer a permanent transfer for Neymar, who wants to leave France this summer.


But it is understood that PSG could accept a loan offer with or without an option to buy.

United would contribute to the Brazilian’s salary for the duration of the loan.

It’s claimed that Erik ten Hag’s midfield general Casemiro is in contact with Neymar to convince him of a switch to Old Trafford.
