A Libyan criminal court has condemned 45 minute men to death by terminating squad for killing demonstrators in Tripoli in 2011, the equity service says. They are blamed for opening flame on handfuls as dissident powers surrounded the capital amid the uprising against previous pioneer Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.

It is believed to be the most noteworthy number of capital punishments distributed since the topple of the administration, AFP reports.

Libya has attempted to reestablish peace since the uprising seven years back.

Beside the 45 condemned to death, 54 more were given five-year imprison terms and another 22 were absolved of charges identifying with demonstrator passings. It was not known when the blamed were captured, charged or indicted.

The case, alluded to by the Libyan Justice Ministry as Abu Salim No 2015-1477, is referred to locally as the Triq al-Sareeh case.
