This was made public by the party’s National Secretary, Mai Bala Buni, at the party’s national secretariat, in Abuja, on Thursday. The party noted that it took the decision following the “irreconcilable differences” in the top hierarchy of the state chapter. According to the party, the situation led to the factionalisation of the state chapter as contained in testimonies received from members of the State Executive Committee. The party’s position was contained in a statement signed by Buni. It read in part, “The National Working Committee of our Party in exercise of its powers contained in Article 13.4 (xvi & xvii) of the Party’s Constitution resolves as follows: “1. Accept the resignation of Mr. Karu Ishaya and Mr. Sallau Manu Pindiga as State Deputy Chairman and State Secretary respectively. “2. Relieve Barr. Muhammad Magaji Doho and Barr. Dauda Manu as State Chairman and State Legal Adviser respectively. “3.
