The workplace of the Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, at the State Secretariat, Osogbo, was gutted by flame on Monday.

"It is unfortunate that the power providers have been constantly unfit to manage the supply of capacity to meet the fundamental standard. Numerous Nigerians have lost their property to control surge and other electrical failing."

The Commissioner for Police in Osun State, Fimihan Adeoye, later went to the scene around 7.30pm. He declined to allow meeting to columnists after he reviewed the scene.
