A bomb blast occured on Saturday at Yammama town close Malumfashi, Katsina State.

The Police Command said five youngsters were slaughtered.

The representative, SP Gambo Isah, said six other youngsters were harmed in the impact that happened not long before early afternoon.

He noticed that the DPO in Malumfashi detailed that a noisy sound was heard inside the homestead of one Alhaji Hussaini Maikwai.

The official drove an Operation Puff Adder group to the scene.

"The blast executed five youngsters that had a place with one Alhaji Adamu of Yammama town in Malumfashi neighborhood government zone. It likewise harmed six other kids, who were sitting under the tree inside the homestead," he said.

Isah added that the youngsters went to the homestead to cut grass for creatures.

Those harmed have been taken to Malumfashi General Hospital for clinical consideration.

The scene had been blockaded as criminologists from Police EOD and CID are right now directing investigation.
