Muhammadu Buhari on Monday held a bilateral talks with the British Prime Minister Theresa May.
The meeting which was held behind closed-door, had the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Godfrey Onyeama, and other government officials in attendance.
At the end of the meeting, President Buhari thanked Prime Minister May for Britain’s efforts at the training of the Nigerian Armed forces in fighting Boko Haram.
President Buhari will also meet Donald Trump in Washington on April 30 to discuss issues including “fighting terrorism” and economic growth in Nigeria.
As at the time of filing this report, the details of the meeting is still unknown.
