Iludun Community Osogbo Seek Osun Government Intervention on Dilapidated Roads in the Community.

The residents of Iludun Community Osogbo have sought the intervention of the Governor of Osun State, Sen. Dr. Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke on the terrible conditions of Internal roads in the community.

This was contained in a statement personally signed by the Baale of Iludun Community, Chief Afolabi Yusuf Keji, and made available to the newsmen on Monday in Osogbo.

He eulogized the Governor for being sensitive and responsive to the yearnings and aspirations of the masses of the state in the area of infrastructural development.

In his words "The Osun State Government under the able leadership of His Excellency Senator Adeleke Ademola Jackson Nurudeen has been commended and eulogized for being sensitive and responsive to the yearning and aspirations of the masses of the state in the area of infrastructural development.

"These laudable achievements that are being spread across the length and breadth of the state will lead our state into an enviable position that other states will like to emulate in no distant future. Osun State is moving, our Governor Senator Adeleke Ademola is working and with these giant steps, Osun State will be rated as one of the best states in Nigeria in terms of infrastructural development soonest.

"We the residents of Iludun Community on our part are not unaware of these bold steps of the transformation agenda of our listening Governor to develop the state capital into " Paris" among all other states in Nigeria. We, therefore, solicit that the searchlight of our amiable Governor is directed to the Iludun Community Osogbo in the area of road construction. We have been suffering in silence because all our internal roads are bad. They have become almost impassable and have been a serious cankerworm that has eaten deep into our social and economic spheres of life.

"The situation and condition of these roads are bad. We appeal to the Osun State Government to come to our aid to lift us from the present deplorable condition of our intracity roads. Worst still the roads that lead to our Divisional Police Station and Health Centres are nothing to write home about.

"Therefore we need your assistance on these roads and other roads in the community to alleviate our long-standing suffering. Save Our Souls On Our Township Roads Your Excellency Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke". Afolabi said.
