President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday said the cases that being a Fulani, he should support the killings being executed by outfitted herders in parts of the nation appeared to him that there was no restriction to the underhandedness in the brains of men.
He considered how anybody in their correct personalities would propose that he, who developed as President with generous votes from the influenced zones, would do any mischief to similar individuals who voted in favor of him.
Buhari said this while accepting individuals from the Christian Association of Nigeria from the 19 northern states and Abuja at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The President said it was unjustifiable for anyone to blame his legislature for not effectively stop the killings.
Buhari stated, "When a few (individuals), for unmistakably political purposes, endeavor to propose that this legislature is doing nothing about the killings, and that I, being Fulani, must energize these sinister demonstrations, I can't help suspecting that there is no restriction to the underhandedness in the brains of men.
"Something else, in what manner would anyone be able to in their correct personalities recommend that I, as a chose President even with generous votes in the influenced territories, will for any reason do hurt by a demonstration of exclusion to those same individuals?
