The local government election right now progressing in Delta State, took an emotional rough turn as INEC office in Ughelli North Local government zone of the state, was allegedly determined to flame as hooligans fled with discretionary materials.

Political Activist, Prince Gwamnishu Harrison, who shared photographs from the decision which is not any more serene composed;

"INEC OFFICE UGHELLI NORTH L.G.A, DELTA STATE ON FIRE.

Explanation behind torching INEC office is yet obscure."
