As it's reported by National Helm, Inhabitants of Owerri, Imo state capital trooped out with their cans and gallons at the beginning of today after a tanker conveying Kerosene item tumbled down along Port-Harcourt street.

Put something aside for the convenient mediation of the Commissioner of Public Safety, his group, the Fire Service Men and Police, it would have been an alternate story.

With their help, the zone was cordoned off to keep away from any disaster coming about because of the surge of individuals scooping the item. No life was lost simultaneously.

The crisis authorities cleared the spilled items and controlled the horde of inhabitants.
