He was Wednesday afternoon reportedly nabbed by an angry mob, at Naka the Gwer West Local Government headquaters, who stoned him to death and set his remains ablaze. It was gathered that the deceased who allegedly headed a gang of criminals was caught after days of search for his hiding place. According to our source, he was said to have led a gang who abducted and killed a commercial motorcycle operator in the town nicknamed Black Abino, over a week ago. He said, “after killing Black Abino they took away his bike and dumped his corpse around Gyaluwa community also in Gwer West LGA from where it was recovered after six days. Therefore any member of the communities caught adding to their pains would not be spared.” Contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, Superintendent, SP, Catherine Anene said she had not received the report of the incident.
