The Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Lawan Ado, on Saturday said seven suspects have been captured regarding the theft of banks in Offa, Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State.

Outfitted thieves had on Thursday ransacked Union Bank, Ecobank, Guarantee Trust Bank, First Bank, Zenith Banks and Ibolo Micro Finance Bank.

Mr Charles, the President, Kwara Youth Stakeholders Forum, has appealed to the Inspector-General of Police, Mr Idris Abubakar, to establish more police stations in border communities in the state. Folayan, via a statement issued on Saturday in Abuja, said establishment of stations at border communities, would boost security of lives and property.
