Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC has referred to as for the instant arrest of police and officers visible in a viral video assaulting Pastor Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere aka Odumeje.

He wrote: “This assault on Pastor Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere “Odumeje” via way of means of infantrymen/policemen is cruel, inhuman and a contravention of his dignity, it quantities to torture and degrading treatment. The infantrymen or policemen concerned should be arrested and prosecuted.

“Nigerian states should be disallowed from the use of infantrymen and safety sellers to perform civilian activities. #WeCantContinueLikeThis.”
 
The Anambra State Government had demolished Odumeje`s church, the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, positioned withinside the Onitsha location of the state.
