An 18-year-old teenager causes a stir with his latest property acquisition, a newly built house estimated to be worth millions of naira.

A video making the rounds on social media captured a property owned by a teenager who shared the transformation of the structure from its foundation to its finished stage.

Sharing the video, the 18-year-old boy congratulated himself with the short caption, "Congratulations to me @ 18."
