In an interview with Premium times, the Acting General Secretary of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, PENGASSAN, Lumumba Okugbawa, said PENGASSAN, and the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, NUPENG, will not accept the unilateral restructuring “We do not accept any unilateral and arbitrary restructuring.
