The Federal Government may have advised the administration of MultiChoice DSTV/GOTV that their activities, in Nigeria, will arrive at an end in 2019 as their permit terminates June one year from now.

As indicated by a letter to that impact issued, on Tuesday, by the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation(NBC), the permit issued to them in 2014 by NBC won't be recharged in light of the fact that it was not in accordance with Digital Switch Over (DSO) White Paper.

On the off chance that Multichoice DSTV/GOTV will ever work in Nigeria again after termination of its permit, the main choice left for them is to go to authorized Signal Distribution organization, that is Pinnacle Communications Ltd or ITS.

GOTV has been blamed for being utilized as a course to siphon remote trade from Nigeria by its parent organization, South African Multi Choice DSTV.
