1. Download application form from www.uith.org from 21th July, 2015 to 4th September, 2014.

2. Submission of completed form with the original and photocopy with payment of N7, 500 (Seven thousand five hundred naira only) Bank Draft obtained from First Bank Nigeria PLC in favour of “School of Nursing, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin”.

Requirements:

Five Credits, English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

WASC/NECO at not more than 2 sittings.

The Computer Based Testing (CBT) Entrance Examination holds:

On: 12th September, 2015

At: COMSIT CENTER, University Of Ilorin Permanent Site, Ilorin

Time: 11:00am prompt

Oral Interview holds:

On: 30th September, 2015

At: School of Nursing, UITH School Complex (Old Maternity Wing Amilegbe, Ilorin)
