Anthem Executive Vice President Ed Nordholm has been appointed to the Impact Ventures Board of Managers, many have wondered what Dixie Carter’s role in the company will be going forward.
Pwinsider:
“It appears that while she will still be around, her power will be extremely lessened and she will be more of a figurehead going forward for the company. She may still be an on camera character.”
According to The New York Post, TNA has not repaid Corgan because “he didn’t ask for it back.” The story adds that Corgan will get his $1.8 million investment in TNA back “when he asks for it.”
“TNA appears to have found that white knight in Anthem Sports. Carter still owns 92.5 percent of the company, TNA production house Aroluxe Marketing, 5 percent, and Anthem’s Fight Network, 2.5 percent.”
Corgan added that he formally requested repayment of the loan by TNA today and threatened to take what he’s owed to court and convert it to company stock or sell the options to the highest bidder.

And that 'option' if you will to convert my boo-hoo-hoo loan to 36pct stock or auction it off to a PW titan doesn't require a court order
